Don't show people if others have purchased something from their list
For some lists that involve people buying something for you, once someone marks that they have purchased an item it shouldn't show the person who made the list, so not to spoil their gift.

Or it could be a setting so that the creator of the list can choose if this will be visible or not. In some instances it could be helpful for the user to see
